Hi AHB Friends -- I am excited to ask you to rally friends, family, and networks to help ALL HANDS BOATWORKS (AHB) build a youth and community boatshop for our "water city" -- Milwaukee! As you know, AHB has an easement for property on the Menomonee River next to the Emmber Lane Bridge boat launch. It is a perfect location for our activities! AHB has received a generous $25,000 matching capital campaign challenge from the Herzfeld Foundation to construct a small facility and boatyard on the site. It gets better! Zimmerman Architects, CG Schmidt Construction, and the Southeast Wisconsin Carpentry Training Center are also partnering with AHB on the Campaign. By taking part in this matching challenge campaign, you will be helping us build a home for All Hands Boatworks, where we can teach and mentor hundreds of urban youth through advanced after-school boatbuilding projects, job skills training, and on-the-water programs, all led by AHB!

Participating in the Campaign is easy to do, and it's fun. I've selected Network For Good to take you through a few steps to set up your own email appeal. With your help we can ensure that All Hands Boatworks continues to empower youth with skills and "tools" for academic success, personal responsibility, and job readiness.
